This past weekend was incredible!
I completed the Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy (CST) 2 Course here in Austin. 44 highly skilled practitioners in several medical and health disciplines converged in a single room for four days with Tad Wanveer, one of the best in the business, and several teaching assistants with over a century of experience between them. So many of us there are already Reiki masters, and the energy in the room was nurturing and powerful.
I learned a whole slew of new techniques to broaden my offerings. More importantly, I had the opportunity to experience the next level of care in the CST series, SomatoEmotional Release. This technique goes deeper than any needle or therapist could ever get manually. I want to keep the focus on now, but let me just say that this is where I am headed as a therapist, and it is going to be a great journey.
Right now, I am in a place of offering. As autumn approaches, we are all preparing for getting the kiddos back to school. The city is buzzing. Now is the time to prepare your body for the upcoming demands. Regaining an internal balance, resetting the clock, and taking a final deep breath before plunging in are essential to starting off on the right foot.
With a touch lighter than the weight of a nickel, CranioSacral Therapy can engage your parasympathetic nervous system to process stress, injury, and illness out of the body. Subtle manipulations to the cranial bones, spine, and joints to free impingements in the CS system give the body a chance to heal itself.
HONOR YOUR BODY, HONOR YOUR BUDGET
CST is not an inexpensive treatment option. Many therapists charge over $100/hour. My current rate is $95/hour.
From August 17- September 14, I am offering your first CST session at a reduced rate of $50
WHY? Because I am that passionate about your holistic wellness. It is important that you try this for yourself and see if it works for you.
